[Video] - Middle of the night...

[ Sorry, everyone for this early wake up call, but Sheena's just had another nightmare, and is reacting without thinking.

And hitting the "video" button without realizing, revealing her shaken and disheveled state. ]

Okay. Just what the hell is going on with these dreams?!

[ Sheena doesn't respond right away, waiting to see if Ilda falls back to sleep. When she doesn't Sheena nods and sighing, tries to flatten her sleep-wrecked hair. ]

Yeah. This time, it was pretty bad. And I thought I was done with nightmares. I should really apologize to everyone...

[ She's about to refuse Ilda's offer, but thinks better of it. Rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, she nods again. ]

Yeah, but we need to be quiet. I don't hear anything, but I'm not sure I haven't woken my roommates.

[ Yeah, Ilda can ask her why she's not in her apartment yet as Sheena tells her her room assignment. ]

[ Ilda sighs softly. Sheena did say they have to be quiet, and she doesn't want her voice to be the one to wake up her big sister's roommates. ] Looks like the nightmares aren't done with us. I had another one, too... and they're getting really bad. And creepy.

... huh? Weren't you assigned to a new room?

[ For all Sheena knows, they are awake because of their own dreams. No need to make things worse. ]

Yeah, they are. And I'm sorry, Ilda.

[ She sighs ruefully. ]

Actually, I found an apartment...but how about we meet in the common area? We can talk freely there?

Sure! My turn to be your listening ear, now!

... could you give me a few minutes, though?

[ To wash her face and brush her teeth again and dress into something more presentable. Just in case she runs into any more cute guys driven awake by the visions. You know. ]

Guess it is.

Sure. No problem.

[ And Sheena will just put on a long robe to cover her pajamas and make it to the common room. Cute guys are the farthest thing on her mind right now. ]

[ Ilda arrives in the common room around five minutes later. She still looks sleepy, but even so she's in a dress. ]

Big sister! [ You get a hug as soon as she sees you, Sheena. With no preamble whatsoever. ]

[ And you get a quizzical expression when Sheena catches sight of you. ]

Thanks for coming.

The hug is returned without question, though Sheena has one as soon as she steps back. ]

Ilda? Why the hell are you wearing a dress at this time of night?

[ Ilda laughs and actually twirls. It's a yellow summer dress with a loose skirt. ]

Do you like it?

I'm just making sure that I look presentable! You know, in case... people show up.

[ She says people very knowingly. Like she means one person in particular. ]

[ Smiling, Sheena shakes her head. ]

It's very nice. [ A beat. She caught that emphasis, Ilda and gives you a knowing look.. ]

Are you expecting a certain person to just show up?

[ Whoops! She gives Sheena a sheepish smile, and tries to lie her way out of it. The operative word being try. ]

N-No, not anyone in particular, really! Why would you think that? It’s the middle of the night, who would be up and about at this hour? Ha ha! [ More like HAHA AWKWARD. ]

[ Yeah. Not working. ]

Why would I think that? Oh, I don't know. Like you said, it's the middle of the night, and you're kind of dressed up. [ She sits down. ] Come on, confess. Who are you hoping will pass by?

[ She sits down beside Sheena, and while she seems to be debating whether to tell the other girl or not, it looks like she’s leaning more towards telling. ]

Okay, but don’t laugh! [ She ducks her head, suddenly shy. Which is a little unsettling because she is, well, Ilda.

After a while she finally manages to mumble: ] ... Zephyr.

[ Sheena doesn't laugh, but she does smile, saying a silent "Oh". ]

Zephyr, huh? Does he know you feel this way?

[ Hey, Sheena's had a few crushes during her life... ]
