[There is a frustrated scream, and it looks, from the camera angle, like she's thrown her handset across the room. There is more frustrated screaming. There will continue to be more frustrated screaming until someone talks to her.

Also, it sounds like she's trashing her room. Please distract her.]

Well enough. They knew better than to withhold food from someone like me. I'd really rather they had left me in there. [He could have gotten out on his own, but that's not the point.]

I say quote-unquote because we're all trapped here, but we can walk around and so on. And we don't have any jailers to fight. [Which is why she's trashing her room instead.]

[He leans back, apparently relaxed.]

Yes, actually. I was busy, and leaving me in a cell would have minimized certain complications. My objection to release was overruled. At least my former jailers are making use of my expertise.

[She taps the side of her head, but she's not being funny. Instead, she looks thoughtful.] You'n'me...we might have some talking to do.

[He's not sure he likes the way that's caught her attention.]

'Might'? [She's usually more assertive, this feels like she's giving him an out. It's odd, and Devin isn't certain whether to be confused or relieved.] About what?

[She pauses.]

I could probably use some advice.

[It is only with careful practice that Devin's expression remains anything approaching unaffected. He is the last person he thinks should be asked for advice on anything that isn't how to hunt.]

I see. [A beat, two, and then he sighs.] Well, I can't claim my schedule is full. Would this be something better discussed in private?

Uh, yeah. Yeah, y-yeah. Yes. [Aly sounds a little off-balance, which is unusual for her. She hates it.]

[Oh, this is not going to be pleasant.]

Alright. Let me know when you'd like to talk. [A slightly wry look] I'll find a way to slot you in.
