I'm really glad you guys are here. And it absolutely sucks that we're stuck here again. How long did everyone go home for? I was only back for two and a half weeks.

Though I guess some of us really did go home for good. Has anyone seen Raine or Aya around? I didn't see them on the housing list.

[He knows that probably means they went home for real. He should be happy for them, but it hurts to lose them. ]

It's different, that's for sure. Now we're normal, friendly aliens instead of suspicious aliens. And the tech is way better. Really wish I still had my house, though.

We built it ourselves when the Sky Sector was being developed. It wasn't a mansion or anything, but... [It was home. It's funny – he'd never realized how attached he'd been to the place until it was gone.] I'll miss it.

It'd be nice if it wasn't all magitech, but at least it's closer to what I'm used to working with at home. As long as I don't have to start by mining iron ore myself by hand, I'm in good shape. Better tech just makes everything go a lot faster.
