Hibiki draws back from the screen to continue her fit of pique. In her usual environment she'd just tell the room of people she keeps on hire in her house to call complaint hotlines to do something about this, but deprived of that resource, she'll just. Vent. ]
This is a public venue! Whatever it is you haven't received a respite from, spew your frustration in private where it doesn't clutter up other people's lives!!
